Pictured is a deck built by Tom. He works the Pro Desk at Home Depot. Ass you can see , Tom does'nt have a clue about what to do. Home Depot says Tom does'nt work there. Well then , who is that Tom behind the Pro Desk ?

Yes , this deck passed codes. This is proof positive , Franklin Codes has problems.
Remember the tornadoes in north Nashville ? Houses were built sub standard to codes , yet , those houses passed codes. It's possible , should a tornado hit Franklin , many houses will show the same problems found in Nashville.
Tom's work has now become the talk around Maury County. And , none of it is good.
Ass Tom has shown , just because it's the Pro Desk at Home Depot doing the work , does'nt mean it's Pro Built.
