Franklin Police Get GPS'd
Franklin , Tennessee - BVD Bloggtographer , it's been reported , that The Franklin Police Department finally let go of some of their Greek Column funds , to allow GPS installation on their patrol cars. It seems the Dispatch Department never knew where their cars were , while doing shifty work and so , to take the guess work out of their shift work , GPS is now being added. " We will now know where all our cars are , at all times , while doing shifty work or not. " , stated the Franklin Police Dispatch Car Watch Program Departmental Supervisor
